I'm a Dad in NYC who's lost 35lbs while eating dessert everyday!
In February 2024, on Super Bowl Sunday, I got a report from my doctor that my cholesterol was high and my annual weigh-ins were going the wrong direction!
So, I started working out again and getting back in shape. I went back to the stuff that I had learned during high school and college wrestling, including eating a high protein diet and strength training.
But even when you know what to do, the fitness journey is difficult and the food gets boring. Especially when it comes to post-workout protein options or dessert!!
I developed Iron Morsels over 12 months, trying to optimize protein, calories, carbs, and flavor! To hopefully make weight loss and muscle-building easier and more enjoyable for everyone!!
